Welcome back to another challenge from International Art & Soul. Our challenge this fortnight is Tea Party and has been chosen by DT member Hazel.  Oh how us Brits especially love our cup of tea LOL.  As a child tea was never made in a tea cup as it is today.  It really was an art, warm the teapot first with hot water, add the tea, one spoon per person and one for the pot and leave to brew for the full 5 minutes so the flavours infuse properly.  Next was to get the cup, bone china was the best for this not a mug, then the debate - should the milk go in first or last.  Yep quite a process to make the perfect cuppa but, oh boy, when you got the perfect cuppa it was pure heaven.  If there were fairy cakes, chocolate biscuits, shortbread etc. to go with the tea life was just perfect.  I laugh so often even now as when things are not going quite right and we need to think, either hubby or I will come out with 'How about  cup of tea' - oh so British hahaha.    Hope you all enjoy our tea party challenge and enjoy a nice cuppa while creating.
